Milo notices a small, fluffy cloud that seems to be following him home from the park. When he whispers secrets to it, they begin to come true. The mystery deepens until he realizes the “cloud” is actually a balloon caught in tree branches, carrying a note from a girl in a nearby town. The twist: she had released it days ago, hoping to find a new friend. The two children become pen pals, connected by curiosity and the sky.
