Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the BedtimeStories mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, access, or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neuravision Holdings Pte Ltd ("NeuraVision", "we", "our", "us"), a company incorporated in Singapore.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe to the App.

The App is designed for use by parents and legal guardians who wish to provide calming audio bedtime stories to children aged 1 to 12.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

If you are using the App on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and accept responsibility for their use of the App.

To access the full features of the App, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• all activity that occurs under your account
• ensuring that any child profile information you enter is accurate and up to date
• notifying us immediately at admin@neuravision.sg if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

You must not share your account credentials with others. NeuraVision is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

The App operates on a subscription basis. Certain features and content are only accessible with an active paid subscription.

Subscription plans may vary in:

• number of child profiles permitted
• access to premium story content
• billing cycle (monthly or yearly)

NeuraVision reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue subscription plans with reasonable prior notice.

Where a free trial is offered, the following conditions apply:

• The free trial period is 7 days from the date of activation.
• At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable paid rate unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
• Cancellation of the free trial must be completed through the Apple App Store before the trial period expires to avoid being charged.
• The free trial is limited to one per Apple ID. Creating multiple accounts or Apple IDs to obtain additional free trials may result in account suspension.

All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms and policies.

NeuraVision does not directly process, store, or have access to your credit card or payment information.

Subscription charges will be billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal.

Pricing is displayed in the App prior to purchase. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the App until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after the current billing cycle ends.
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current billing period, subject to Apple's refund policies.

All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

NeuraVision does not process refunds directly for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Apple has sole discretion over refund approvals.

All content within the App, including but not limited to:

• audio stories and narrations
• illustrations, designs, and visual elements
• logos and brand identity
• software, code, and underlying technology
• story scripts and written content

are the intellectual property of Neuravision Holdings Pte Ltd or its licensed content providers, and are protected under applicable Singapore and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the App without the prior written consent of NeuraVision.

Your active subscription plan determines:

• the number of child profiles you may create
• access to premium story content
• any other plan-specific features

Attempting to circumvent plan limits, including through the creation of multiple accounts, may result in account restriction or termination.

If you downgrade your subscription plan, changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You remain responsible for ensuring child profiles comply with your plan limits.

The App is an audio-only storytelling platform designed to support healthy bedtime routines for children.

You agree not to:

• use the App for any commercial purpose without written authorisation from NeuraVision
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its systems
• use the App in a manner that interferes with its normal operation or the experience of other users
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• reproduce or redistribute any audio content from the App outside of the permitted personal listening context

NeuraVision reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you:

• violate any provision of these Terms
• abuse the free trial system or engage in subscription fraud
• engage in conduct that is harmful to NeuraVision, its users, or any third party

Upon termination, your right to access the App ceases immediately. Unused subscription time is non-refundable, subject to Apple's applicable policies.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NeuraVision makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, NeuraVision is not liable for:

• temporary interruptions or downtime of the App
• loss of data caused by factors outside NeuraVision's control
• any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App
• issues arising from third-party platforms, including the Apple App Store, Apple payment systems, or third-party hosting providers

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by:

• using the account deletion function within the App (where available), or
• contacting us by email at admin@neuravision.sg

NeuraVision may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, product features, or business operations.

We will notify you of material changes by publishing an updated version within the App and on our website, with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
